Breaking Point - what it's all about...

Saturday 29th Mar
Join us for a photography exhibition featuring once-cherished belongings from Filipino communities wrecked by climate-fuelled typhoons. Highlighting how the oil and gas industry fuels extreme weather, this event followed a Greenpeace protest at Shell HQ in London on 12 February 2025. Hosted by Greenpeace Nottingham, this exhibition will feature impactful images by renowned photographers Elizabeth Dalziel and Chris J Ratcliffe. We will also be exhibiting work by talented local artists. These pieces are informed by the climate crisis and our changing natural world.

You are fabulous. The work that you do is so inspiring and taught me so much. It’s heartbreaking to hear about the reality because most of the time you just want to forget about it because it’s that upsetting. But it’s time to stop and take action. Keep it going guys.

Saw there was am art exhibition going on in notts near the castle today ( 6th April 2025) It was a really good small exhibition about climate in different aspects from local artists. Main reason I wanted to donate as talked to a green peace volunteer there and he was really easy to chat to and very knowledgeable, it was like a chat at a pub with a mate but learned some stuff. All round good crack, good art, good for notts and hopefully good for climate 👏 👍
